Navigant is contracted by a leading home insulation service provider in Australia for lead generation

- Navigant has been contracted to generate home insulation leads by one of Australia’s leading free home insulation service providers.

- With Navigant’s prior expertise in generating similar leads in the UK market, both companies are convinced of the success of the campaign and are in the process of planning the execution by targeting particular geographies.

- Navigant will be responsible to organize the calling leads, conduct DNC checks on the lists, execute cold calling and organize confirmed appointments for the Client to execute the insulation service.

- Navigant signs up with one of Australia's well established and leading recruitment agency to provide outbound telecalling and back-office operations support.

- Navigant will customize an Australian Toll Free number for the Client and configure the required IVR and PBX functionalities to reflect the global operations.

- The pilot phase will include Navigant’s telecallers accessing a custom-made software to call short-listed candidates and also manage the email helpdesk.

Australia's leading wholesaler signs up with Navigant for lead generation services

- Navigant has been contracted for lead generation services by an Australia based wholesaler and distributor of gift articles, home ware and general merchandise to a wide spectrum of the wholesale and retail sector throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

- Navigant will staff dedicated outbound calling agents to speak with small and medium size business owners, shops and other retail outlets in Australia and set up meetings with the sales teams to close sales.

- The Client has set up a specialized online application for access to targeted calling lists on which Navigant’s outbound callers will use.

- Both the Client and Navigant have started this as a pilot project and are confident to considerably grow the team very soon and also add more areas of responsibilities to Navigant such as email helpdesk services, inbound customer service, etc, to support the Client’s e-Commerce websites.
